Carols by Candle light with Elephant Picnic
Knysna Elephant Park together with Plett Aid Foundation is hosting our yearly ‘Carols by Candle Light’ picnic and entertainment evening on 17 December 2011 at 19h00. Entrance fee is R50 for adults and kids bring an old toy / clothing as an entry pass.
Founded in 1994, and the first of its kind in South Africa, the Knysna Elephant Park provides a home for orphaned elephants and offers visitors a taste of nature in an area where vast herds once roamed. Join the elephants in their controlled free-range environment where you will be able to appreciate their magnificent presence up-close-and-personal.
Guests will have the choice of bringing their own picnic or to pre-order a picnic basket from our restaurant. Telephone Simon on +27 (0)44 532-7738 to book your picnic basket. Don't forget to bring a blanket.
